Mobile Time Management

How many times have you passed right by the store you needed, without realizing it until you were already gone?

Using the iPhone's built-in GPS capabilities, we have developed the ability to tie this functionality to a standard To-Do list, matching list item 		and current location, creating a 'nearest list item' notification as well as the ability to map a best route for a given list.

Take control of your To-Do list and day with this simple and effective, yet highly sophisticated iPhone app.

Step 1 Add Location
to Map

You can add a location by selecting the Add button from the
Nearest tab or by selecting the 'add location' button from the
To-Dos tab
  • On The Map screen: Drag the map to the interested location. You can zoom in and out of the map using the pinch finger movement
  • Drop the pin when your interested location is at the center of the screen
  • The drop button now changes to a Save button. Select the button and tag the location by entering a name.

Step 2 Add To-Dos
to Location

You can add a new To-Do by selecting the Add button from
the To-Dos tab.
  • At a minimum, every new To-Do needs a name
  • A To-Do item can also have other attributed such as Due Date, Importance, Voice Memo and other Comments

Step 3 Record Voice

Every To-Do item can have a voice memo associated with it. You can add a voice memo by selecting the button from the To-Dos tab.
  • The app prepares your iPhone for sound recording
  • Select the Stop button to finish your voice memo
  • Select the Play button for voice memo playback

Step 4 Use Priorities

This feature is all about Covey's Quadrant that Professor Randy Pausch discussed in his Time Management Talks. Every To-Do can be categorized as "Important" or "Not Important".

The system uses the To-Do due date and its importance to draw out the Priorities tab.

Step 5 Change Settings

Customize Map View (Standard, Satellite, Hybrid or List) and Nearest
Distance (Miles or Kilometers) by pressing the Settings tab.
